Since its inception in the early 1980s, GAMA International’s Partners in Management Growth (PMG) program is an opportunity for companies involved in the distribution of life insurance and financial products to be proactive in the professional development needs of their field distribution leaders. It provides an important link between GAMA International, the company and field leaders in bridging gaps between the needs of the company and the needs of the managers. GAMA International’s mission is to serve as the instrument of positive growth in the professional lives of its members. The PMG program allows it to accomplish this task through a number of resources for the company and individual field leader.
