Any GAMA International member or anyone associated with a GAMA International member.

Volunteer Perks

• VIP Seating for all general sessions (to take advantage of this opportunity, please be seated 15 minutes before the general session begins (7:45 a.m. on Monday and Wednesday and 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday)
• Priority access to registration
• One complimentary ticket to the Celebration of Excellence recognition banquet on Monday evening
• Special volunteer ribbon.

Volunteer Opportunities

• Stuffing Bags: Assist staff with stuffing of conference materials into bags.
• Registration Area and GAMA Booth Setup: Assist staff with organization and setup of various conference locations. This will involve setting up the booths themselves and organizing materials and may require physical exertion.
• Registration Area (Domestic and International): Provide attendees with registration materials and answer any questions about LAMP (GAMA staff will also be present). Please indicate if you speak a foreign language as you may be asked to help staff with translation.
• Directional Guides: Assist with directing LAMP attendees into the general session.
• GAMA Booth: Provide information about GAMA programs, products, volunteer opportunities and membership to attendees who visit the booth (GAMA staff and supplementary information will be present).
• Registration Area and GAMA Booth Breakdown: Assist staff with the dismantling of these areas. This may require physical exertion.

Time Commitment

• We ask that you commit to spending a minimum of 3 hours assisting staff. This commitment may be fulfilled in one or several volunteer sessions from Saturday through Tuesday at LAMP.
